Nathan Tasker made a triumphant return in 2011 and the first taste of new music came in the form of “Something Beautiful (Grace)” and “Love Is The Compass” - the first two singles from his landmark album Home. Thanks to the success of these two singles, which both spent 18 weeks in the Top 10 and peaked at number one, Nathan was named TRAA’s Artist Of The Year. This honor is given to the most successful artist of the year.

Furthermore, Nathan is the only artist to score two songs in the Top 10 of TRAA’s yearly song chart - with the singles landing at #5 and #6 respectively.

Past recipients for Artist of the Year have included newboys, Brandon Heath & Britt Nicole.
