Today's post is sending-out from London, England, where Cassie, Theo and I have been spending the week, in the lead-up to this weekends run of shows.
Even with a shrieking toddler on the flight over (!) and some low, rainy clouds above us, it's REALLY good to be back. London, we've missed you.
Our time here is always refreshing and energizing, as we encounter what God is doing in another part of the world, and specifically in a large, dynamic and diverse city like London. It once again reminds me of the ways in which God works beyond my viewpoint, and the remarkable (and hospitable) people that are a part of His church. That we can be brothers and sisters in Christ, connecting at random intervals and over hundred of miles, is truly a gift!
… I won't lie, London's coffee, food, people watching and general awesomeness is a pretty great bonus too ...
I continue to be thrilled at the support and enthusiasm my music receives here and count it a privilege that I get to visit and share the new album (Man On A Wire) with some UK friends. All the details for this fly-by visit are on the TOUR PAGE. And if YOU are here in the area, please come along!
